What if the life you dream of—the big things, the impossible things—is already yours, waiting for you to receive it?

We often hear that receiving is passive, that we must wait quietly and hope. But Jesus said, “Whatsoever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive it, and you shall have it.” (Mark 11:24)

Receiving, in the Kingdom, is not sitting back.

It’s not wishing.

It’s taking—an active posture of faith.

The problem isn’t that God isn’t giving.

The problem is that we’ve misunderstood receiving.

We’ve Treated Receiving Like It’s Passive

Many leaders don’t preach this because it challenges the logic-driven mind. Culture reinforces it, teaching us to be realistic, measured, and cautious. But your spirit was never meant to be ruled by your mind.

The mind says, “That’s impossible.”

But the spirit says, “It’s already done.”

If you run every desire through your brain first—trying to calculate how it could possibly happen—you’ll stay stuck. That’s exactly where the enemy wants to keep you: analyzing instead of receiving.

You must dare to desire something impossible.

Why? Because your spirit has access to realities your mind cannot comprehend.

Your spirit can receive what your logic could never produce.

When you trust, you release the need to understand first. You act in faith, not after things make sense—but before they do.

This is the key:

Don’t just desire what’s reasonable.

Don’t limit your dreams to what you think you can mentally achieve.

That is not faith—it’s management.

You’re not called to manage outcomes.

You’re called to believe.
